Rescue Pack - PARENTS

This rescue pack for parents is to help their nervous system cope with the stress and help them to come back to their body after a stressful or traumatic experience. 

This pack includes: 

Aconite 1M - This is a very high potency remedy that is for parents only (do not give to children) who are directly going through immense stress or trauma. 

Rescue plus - This remedy is to support the rest of the family and 2 pillules can be put into the water bottle and sipped on throughout the day. This is great for siblings who are also impacted. 

Whoosah blend - This is an essential oil roller blend that helps your nervous system to calm and unwind. Use regularly when you are feeling stressed/nervous/anxious or on alert. You can use on your wrists, behind ears, feet, big toe or chest.
 
Rose quartz crystal - is here to amplify love for self and serve as a reminder to love yourself. It is so important to do so at this time. I have personally infused this crystal with reiki grounding energy so when you hold it you will feel its grounding presence. 

Black Tourmaline crystal - is used to dump worry, trauma and stress into it so it can leave your body. I have infused it with reiki to help you release. Make sure you cleanse with Palo Santo regularly to remove energy from it. Not shown in images.
